Most orders are shipped out on the same day if the order is placed before 2:00pm EST.  During the Halloween season it could take up to one extra day because of the volume of orders being handled.

 

Same Day shipping not applicable for:

  • International shipments
  • Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays
  • Orders for mascots, large props, or special orders

Shipping is determined by the price of the order:

  • $0.00 to $40.00 order:        $12.99 UPS Ground Shipping
  • $40.01 to $75.00 order:      $10.99 UPS Ground Shipping
  • $75.01 to $99.99 order:      $9.99 UPS Ground Shipping
  • $100.00 to $124.99 order:  $7.99 UPS Ground Shipping
  • $125.00 and Up order:        FREE UPS Ground Shipping

The following charges will apply for the services below:

  • UPS Second Day Air Service will be an additional $12.00 to order
  • UPS Next Day Air  Service will be an additional $45.00 to order
  • UPS Next Day Air Saturday Delivery will be an additional $55 to order
  • US Mail Priority Delivery for APO, FPO, Military and internatial will add an additional $31 to the order.

WHERE WILL SPOTLITECOSTUMES.COM SHIP MY ORDER?

 

We will ship your order to the Shipping Address that you provide. Please do not list a Post Office Box (PO Box) as UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to a PO Box and shipment of your order will be delayed. We currently ship to the United States, US Territories, US Military bases (US & Abroad), and over 40 different International Locations.

 

IF I PLACE MY ORDER TODAY WHEN WILL I RECEIVE IT?

 

Most orders will ship within 1 business day from the time the order is placed. In some rare instances, it may take up to 3 business days (business days are weekdays, Monday-Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays) for processing AFTER you place your order BEFORE it will ship. After processing time, shipping time will be based on the delivery option you selected.  If you need your order in less than 2 days, please contact customer care to see if it’s possible for us to deliver your order in time. (10:00 am-6:00 pm Mon-Fri, 10:00 am-5:00 pm Sat, CST)

You can also track your order on our website. Please click the button near the top of our website labeled, ORDER STATUS From here you may check the status of an order, obtain tracking information, and view your shipping information. Instructions are provided to help you log in, including password hints, obtaining a new password, etc. If you did not use the member checkout option you will be asked to enter your e-mail address and the order number from your order. Then you will be able to see if your order has been sent to a warehouse for processing (picking) or, if your order has been shipped, shipment tracking number(s), and scheduled delivery dates.
